Quality & compliance

Product quality is ensured through independent inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Control Union/GAFTA/FOSFA), laboratory testing, and pre-shipment checks. Specifications are confirmed in the contract and verified at loading.

We can provide Halal, Kosher, ISO 22000/GMP+, GAFTA/FOSFA, and REACH certifications where applicable. Certificates of analysis and conformity accompany each shipment.

Traceability is ensured as every shipment is accompanied by a certificate of analysis (COA), certificate of origin (COO), packing list, weight and quality certificates, and inspection reports, allowing full tracking of origin, batch, and analysis results.

Specifications are agreed upon in advance and verified at loading. For fertilizers, we monitor nutrient assay, biuret/chloride content, granule size, and moisture; for grains, pulses, and edible oils, we adhere to food-grade thresholds.

Specification sheets are provided upon request. Samples or retails can be arranged for key products prior to contract finalization.

Contracts reference inspection certificates and agreed specifications. In case of variance, disputes are resolved based on independent inspection data and the contract's GAFTA, FOSFA, or LMAA terms.
